A Lucky Day

An ode to kindness and solidarity that shows our daily actions — even small ones — can have far-reaching and positive consequences.

 

The day had started well. Mummy and Quentin had gone for a walk, when suddenly Quentin cried: "Mummy, where is Roar?"

The little boy’s plush toy was gone! Quentin started to cry. Mummy had a thought: "With a bit of luck, somebody will have picked it up."

 

Sometimes you have to hope for a bit of luck — but today it seemed to be hiding in an unexpected place…
